Karius Vega has been playing music with his family since before he was even a teenager. Growing up in a family entrenched in the music industry, some of his earliest musical memories are of playing with synthesizers and being amazed at the different sounds he was able to make in comparison with the household piano. With influences as far-ranging as Vangelis and Pink Floyd, he is proud of the fact that he creates almost the entirety of his own music. Rather than sampling and remixing the work of other artists and DJ’s, each one of his beats and track mixes are entirely home-brewed in the keen musical space inside his mind.

This young gun on the DJ and electronica scene comes from San Antonio, TX originally, but moved to Nashville when his parents came here to be closer to their music industry professions. Since then he’s had the opportunity to work with many of the local producers and DJ’s, and is proud to consider himself a growing part of the Nashville scene.
